Oh golly gosh it does get complicated to try and organise stuf for a snowy norhern light filled cruise expedition.  I’ve not done a great deal of travelling to parts other than the usually hot mediterranean, so having to get prpared for a oossibly snow affected trip is a new ball game.  I have been hinting for birthday gifts to be made up of snow goffles, boots, sallopettes  and oh, don’t talk to me about thermal base layers!  This is turning into one of the most interesting, but definitely most expensive tw week holidays known to mankind.  The shopping has been quite different to my normal boring sun protector, new swimsuit and cold drinks.  I hae to say though that my chum in the med is suffering from really terrible wether again this autumn.  So I may well be the better off party going to snowy climes after all.
